Eudochiais 83 years old, she lives in Northern Moldova with her disabled grandson. Heis 40 year old, bound to a wheelchair and has a speech impairment. Eudochia hasbeen taking care of Ion ever since his mother passed away, 18 years ago. The church he goes to is right on their street, still, it is difficult for him topush the wheelchair on his own. Every Sunday he's at the church gates and warmly welcomes every one who is comes to church.

Eudochia  is quite old and her small pension barely covers her medical expenses. She worries a lot about her grandson, because sheis his only hope and prays to God that she will be able to take care of her disabled grandson many years to come.

 Little Samaritan Mission has paid them a visit and brought wood, coal and food supplies. When she saw us she got very excited. She showed us some brushwood in the corner ofher yard, that is all she had saved up for winter. Some years ago, she said,her neighbor would give her corn stalks on a regular basis, but now that hepassed away she was scared they would freeze to death in the house.

She thanked Little Samaritan Mission withtears in her eyes and could not believe all the help we offered her. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to grandma  Eudochia and her grandson having a warm housefor holidays. Now they can enjoy themselves by the fire, thanking God for all His love and help.
